At Glance Intimate, we recognise just how important it is to ensure every lady feels comfortable and supported while you conduct your daily activities. We believe that the traditional bra fitting method does not give a Perfect Fit.

We fit each lady as an individual. We believe it is vital to educate women about Perfect Fit, rather than use a tape measure to determine the size of the bra. A tape measure does not take into account the form of the breast and the body.

Bespoke Service
A ladies' breast size and shape may change several times during her lifetime. It may be due to factors such as: sport, pregnancy, weight changes, hormones, menopause, diet, contraceptives, medication and many more.

At Glance Intimate, we recommend that every woman be properly fitted every six months, to ensure that the breast tissue is preserved and maintained at all times.

We stock a range of bra sizes and designs to fit all breast shapes and sizes. Proper size and style of the right fitting bra will support, shape your breasts and improve your posture, giving you the perfect silhouette.
Wearing the right bra size and shape is the foundation of a great outfit.
Breast Health Awareness
Women's breasts come in a variety of sizes and shapes. The breast is a tissue overlaid by the chest (pectoral) muscles. Women's breasts are made of specialised tissue that contains milk (glandular tissue) as well as fat tissue. The size of the breast determines the amount of fat.
Connective tissue and ligaments provide breast support and structure. The nerve gives the breast a feeling. The breast also includes blood vessels, lymphatic arteries, and lymph nodes.
Being knowledgeable of your breast will help detect cancer early. Know how your breast appears to look and feel. Touch, Look, Check (TLC) Check. It's important to tell someone if you see anything unusual.
Wearing an ill-fitting bra isn't going to protect your breasts and may give you a backache.

We deliver workshops on lingerie, bra fitting and breast health.
We love sharing our knowledge and educating women and girls about the significance of wearing the perfect fitting bra, and how bra sizes work, considering that there are a variety of sizes around and not one size fits all.
Learning different styles of bras and, of course, breast wellbeing, knowing what's familiar to your breast. In recent years, we have been coordinating and partnering with various women's organisations in the UK and Africa.
We are always looking for organisations to collaborate with and promote breast health awareness and the importance of wearing the perfect bra size. We believe that collaboration is a highly useful and also enjoyable way of achieving higher impact outcomes.
